SHIPPING POLICY
At BOLDEN BAE, we strive to ship your orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are dispatched on the same day or the next business day. Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can easily follow your parcel’s journey. Your order will be delivered to the address provided during checkout.
What Happens if You Are Not Home:
A notification will be left in your mailbox, allowing you to collect your parcel at the nearest post office.
Please note that we cannot accept order cancellations based on delivery times. If you have an urgent request, please contact us before placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are additional to the product price and vary depending on your location:
Portugal: €4.50 (1–3 business days) via CTT (free shipping on orders over €75)
Spain: €8.90 (1–3 business days) via CTT (excluding Islands) (free shipping on orders over €100)
Portuguese Islands: €5.90 (2–5 business days) via CTT
UK and Ireland: €9.90 (2–3 business days) (free shipping on orders over €150)
Rest of Europe: €9.90 (2–5 business days) (free shipping on orders over €150)
Rest of the World: €13.90 (2–5 business days) (free shipping on orders over €200)

Free Shipping Offers:
- Free shipping is available for orders over €75 within Portugal.
- Free shipping is available for orders over €150 throughout Europe.
- Free shipping is available for the Rest of the World on orders over €200.
