BOLDEN BAE Exchange and Return Policy
EXCHANGES
BOLDEN BAE provides the option to exchange a purchased product for another available on our website.
Exchanges are available only for customers in Portugal and Spain. To initiate an exchange, please email: info@boldenbae.com for the necessary instructions. For customers outside of Portugal and Spain, please also email: info@boldenbae.com. Expect a response within 24-72 hours.
You have 7 days from the receipt of your order to request an exchange. The item must be in its original condition—unused, clean, undamaged and with the hygienic protection intact. If these conditions are not met, the exchange will not be processed.
Verify the availability of the new product before sending your item back to us. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will dispatch your chosen replacement. If the new item is more expensive, you will be required to pay the price difference.
Shipping costs for exchanges: customers pay for returning the items to us and pay the new shipping costs.
Shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable.
For items with manufacturing defects or fit issues, contact us at info@boldenbae.com for guidance on selecting the appropriate size and style.
Only one exchange is permitted per order. Subsequent exchanges or returns on the same order are not allowed.
